Alice Purser

Alice has worked across an exciting and diverse range of projects over the last 10 years. Credits include Call the Midwife (BBC1/PBS) and international casting for Lisa Siwe’s BBC4/TV4’s Swedish Crime Drama Modus (Kim Cattrall, Greg Wise). She worked on Carlos Marques-Marcet’s highly anticipated second feature Anchor & Hope (Oona Chaplin, Geraldine Chaplin, Natalia Tena) which premiered at LFF. She was lead Casting Director on vampire saga, Heirs of the Night (BBC iPlayer), sourcing talent from across Europe. Alice gets enormous pleasure from her on-going work with the Ten Pieces BBC Proms at The Royal Albert Hall (Rory Kinnear, Paapa Essiedu, Josie Lawrence), and developed and cast Cult band The Tiger Lillies’ latest theatre production, Edgar Allan Poe’s Haunted Palace, which is currently touring internationally. Alice has also worked on Doctor Who, The A Word & Doctor Foster, and many other much-loved shows as Associate to Andy Pryor.
